Yes. We’ll have videographers and photographers on-site to record the action at Tableau Conference On Tour. By entering and being at this event, you consent to be filmed and photographed. From time to time, Tableau uses recorded video and photographs of conference events and attendees in its promotional materials. Unless permission to record and use such images is revoked in writing to Tableau, by virtue of your attendance, all conference visitors agree to the use of your likeness in such materials. You understand that all videography and photography will be done in reliance on the consent you give by entering the event.
What is the conference attire?
Casual attire is appropriate for the week (and what better place to wear your favourite Tableau t-shirt). Remember to bring comfortable shoes and a sweater or sweatshirt in case of cool weather.

How will my credit card appear on my statement?
Conference fees for the 2017 Tableau Conference On Tour will show up on your credit card statement as TABLEAU.

I started my registration but didn’t finish. How can I complete my registration?
Go back to the registration page and enter your information. The registration portal will ask you if you would like to continue your existing registration or start a new registration.
I received a discount code. How do I apply it to my registration?
On the payment portion of the registration form, enter your discount code into the designated field on the page and click the apply button. The discounted total should be displayed before you continue with the payment process. Discounts applied after registration is completed need to be sent to the conference registrar.
Can I use more than one promotional code (if applicable)?
Only one conference fee discount code may be used per attendee.
May I bring a guest?
Absolutely – the more the merrier! You can purchase a Guest Pass during the registration process for £150 that covers admittance to Welcome Reception (Monday, 5 June) and Data Night Out appreciation party (Tuesday, 6 June), which includes food and beverages. Please note: a Guest Pass is only valid for access to the party. It is not valid for admittance to any other conference-related activities.
How do I request a copy of my receipt?
For an additional copy of your receipt, simply email the conference registrar with your request.
How do I book group tickets (5+)?
Up to four tickets at a time can be purchased via the online portal. For groups of 5 or more, please contact our Tableau Conference Operations team for special discounts.
How do I book a hotel room?
Guestrooms at the Ace Hotel London Shoreditch is the preferred hotel for TC on Tour London. If you would like to make a reservation please contact the Ace Hotel at +44 (0)20 7613 9800 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Guests will provide a credit card during booking to guarantee the reservation and a non-refundable deposit of the entire cost of the stay will be charged at that time. Please contact the hotel directly for further details.
Is there a deposit required to hold my room?
The hotel requires full pre-payment of the guestroom and VAT prior to arrival. The charge will be made upon reserving your room.
Cancellations & Substitutions
What is the conference cancellation policy?
Cancellations made by March 7, 2017 - will be refunded the paid conference registration fee less a £
99 GBP administrative fee.
Cancellations received between March 8, 2017 and May 4, 2017, will be charged a £
497 GBP administrative fee.
Any cancellations received May 5, 2017 and after, are not eligible for any refunds.
If for any reason the conference should be cancelled, Tableau will refund the full paid registration fee within 90 days of cancelling the conference. Tableau is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs. Conference cancellations should be emailed to the conference registrar (mailto:TCC-OPS@tableausoftware.com).
Can I substitute a colleague if I can no longer attend?
If you are unable to attend the Tableau Conference On Tour, London, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please e-mail your transfer requests to the conference registrar.
How do I cancel my hotel room?
You must contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation, Ace Hotel London Shoreditch, +44 (0)20 7613 9800.
Note: Cancellations or reduction of stay, including No-Show, communicated after 10 April, 2017 will not receive a refund of room and VAT pre-payment. Please contact the hotel directly for further details.
