James Eiloart is Tableau Software’s SVP EMEA. James has been with Tableau since 2013, leading the business in EMEA.
With more than 28 years in the software industry, building and leading international sales teams and strong partner ecosystems, James has held executive positions in sales, channel, strategic alliances, and marketing. Prior to Tableau, James was SVP Global Sales at Alterian. He has also served in executive positions at E.piphany and Remedy and crafted his sales skills at Compuware.
James is a graduate of the University of Leeds and holds an BSC (Hons) in Data Processing. When he can escape the demands of his wife and four children, James plays golf, badly.
David Spiegelhalter

David Spiegelhalter is Winton Professor for the Public Understanding of Risk, and Professor of Biostatistics, at the University of Cambridge. His background is in medical statistics, particularly the use of Bayesian methods in clinical trials, health technology assessment and drug safety.
David has over 190 refereed publications and is author and co-author of a number of academic and popular books, including The Norm Chronicles: Stories and numbers about danger. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Institute for Risk Management, and of the Royal College of Physicians, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society.

Since joining Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in August 2016, Clive has been leading the creation of an Analytics Centre of Excellence at JLR. Being based in JLR Transformation function the Analytics Centre of Excellence is responsible for driving analytics strategy and capability across JLR by ensuring that JLR has the processes, tooling and capabilities required for an analytics transformation.

Prior to Tableau, Erwin worked as a management trainee and eventually a Team Leader at an occupational health service, where he optimized the performance of the Health Checks and Vaccinations unit. He now uses this knowledge on a daily basis to help people see and understand their data across all sectors. In his spare time, Erwin likes to visit the theatre or concerts, which makes London the right place for him to be.

When not at work, you can see him biking around London or running in Victoria Park when he is not taking care of the two cats at home.

Edyta works as a Sales Consultant at Tableau's London office where she is responsible for supporting enterprise customers from the EMEA region. She started her adventure with business software back in 2008, being a student at Cracow University of Economics, when she participated in the student apprenticeships program with Comarch SA, a Polish multinational software house and systems integrator. Before joining Tableau she had a few roles focused on Business Intelligence and ERP, and working with multinational customers from numerous verticals. She loves animals, outdoors activities, and travelling - last year she visited 11 countries in four continents.

Mick is a Senior Product Consultant at Tableau. He loves data, JavaScript and bad jokes. And his mamma. Michele comes from the Vale of Shadows of MicroStrategy. After years spent troubleshooting problematic upgrades and pixel-perfect reports, Tableau came to the rescue. Now he helps customers all over Europe master the art of Tableau and fall in love with their data, with a special focus on Italy and Spain. Michele holds a M.Sc. in bioengineering and a B.Sc. in biomedical engineering from the University of Padua in Italy. He also spent a year in Madrid working as a researcher in the field of cognitive neuroscience.

He is experienced in operational strategy consulting with strengths in improving performance and efficiency. His fact driven analytical approach helps people transform data into actionable information of decision-making quality. He joined Tableau to pursue his passion to help people visualize and utilize their data. Mrunal has a M.Sc. in Decision Sciences from London School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
