Elissa Fink
Chief Marketing Officer, Tableau
Elissa Fink is Tableau Software's Chief Marketing Officer. With 20+ years helping companies improve their marketing operations through applied data analysis, Elissa has held executive positions in marketing, business strategy, product management, and product development. Prior to Tableau, Elissa was EVP Marketing at IXI Corporation, now owned by Equifax. She has also served in executive positions at Tele Atlas (acquired by TomTom), TopTier Software (acquired by SAP), and Nielsen/Claritas. Elissa also sold national advertising for the Wall Street Journal. She’s a frequent speaker and has spoken at conferences including the DMA, NCDM, PSAMA and others. Elissa is a graduate of Santa Clara University and holds an MBA in Marketing and Decision Systems from the University of Southern California.

Shun is a BI industry expert with over twenty years of experience with enterprise sales and indirect sales in the IT industry. Before joining Tableau, he was in executive positions responsible for the Japanese market at leading-edge global companies including Teradata, SAS and Cognos. He has acquired a deep knowledge of the BI industry over his career, and is proud of the partnerships that he has built and enhanced with customers, partners, and resellers.
Francois Ajenstat
Chief Product Officer, Development, Tableau
As chief product officer of development, Francois is responsible for product strategy and product planning. He combines customer and partner feedback to set the strategic vision and leads the execution of new features and products. Prior to joining Tableau, Francois worked at Microsoft for 10 years in a number of different groups including SQL Server, Office, and Trustworthy Computing. Prior to joining Microsoft, Francois worked for Cognos Corporation (acquired by IBM) leading strategic alliances with key industry partners such as IBM, HP, and Microsoft.
Jock Mackinlay
VP, Research & Experience, Tableau
Jock is Tableau's Vice President of visual analysis. At Stanford University, he pioneered the automatic design of graphical presentations of relational information. He joined Xerox PARC in 1986, where he collaborated with the User Interface Research group to develop many novel applications of computer graphics for information access, coining the term "information visualization." Much of the fruits of this research can be seen in his book, "Readings in Information Visualization: Using Vision to Think." Jock has a PhD in computer science from Stanford University.

Keiko is a Senior Product Consultant at Tableau Japan, and supports the sales team from a technical perspective. Since joining the team in 2013, she has played multiple roles, not only as a pre-sales engineer, but also as a trainer and deployment advisor. She graduated from the International Christian University and has several internship experiences in non-governmental work, such as the United Nations’ organizations. Prior to joining Tableau, she worked at an American systems integration company in the pre-sales department.

She helps people understand their data as a Senior Product Consultant in Tableau Japan. Before Tableau, Kaori was in charge of presales and project management in a BI solution. She acquired Tableau Desktop Certified Professional for the first time while working in Japan.

As one of the Product Consultants in Tokyo, Lennart provides customers and prospects with technical expertise to enter the BI world. During his studies of International Business Management at Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences, he went abroad to Waseda University. Before joining Tableau, he researched and worked for SAP on his graduation thesis on S/4HANA. He speaks German, English and Japanese.

After seven and a half years of enterprise level customer support and pre-sales experience at Microsoft, she joined Tableau in October 2016. Because her original major was Nutrition, not Statistics or Mathematics, Naoko is able to effectively communicate with customers who don't have a technical IT background.

Hiroyuki Oguchi is a sales consultant at Tableau, Japan. He enables Tableau users to use analytics, data visualization, and Tableau skills in their everyday jobs. Recently, after Hiroyuki became certified as a Registered Management Consultant by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, he became more involved in business analytics challenges, to go deeper and wider than he had before. Before Tableau, Hiroyuki worked at analytics companies such as SPSS and SAS Institute. He holds a couple of master degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He prefers if you call him “Ogu-chan” in casual settings!

Tomoyuki Akahori, also known as Tomo-san, is a professional services engineer at Tableau Japan. Tomo has over 15 years of experience in areas such as architecture, software design, quality assurance, and project management. Internationally, Tomo also has over four years pre-sales and professional services experience at a Canadian software company. His deep knowledge of software and project management helps with customer adoption. Tomo has consulted on numerous “process standardization” and “change control management” projects, and has delivered several classroom trainings in his career.
